Provision Service Standard
Appointments, resignations and changes to personal details Governors’ Changes made within 5 working days of notification
Provision of term-specific agenda information (applicable to the three ordinary governing body meetings) Information emailed to Headteacher and Chair at the start of term (a minimum of 28 days before the meeting date)
Circulation of agenda and supporting papers Agenda circulated to all governors within statutory timescales, by email or post (as preferred); all policies circulated by email
Production of minutes Draft minutes emailed to the Headteacher and Chair within 28 days of the meeting
Requests for information or action by the Clerk Responses emailed to the Headteacher and Chair within 42 days of the meeting
Complaints Response emailed within 5 working days; further contact made within a further 5 working days to ensure satisfaction with the response
